We accept returns and cancellations.
Cancellation can be requested within 3 hours of purchase.
Return can be requested within 5 days of delivery, and please ship items back within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange is not accepted once the order is shipped, but please let us know if you have any problems with your order.

The item should be returned in its original condition; the buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
