1. Handcrafted Organic Baroque Pearls & Gemstones

Every iBijoux piece is individually handcrafted in our Montréal atelier using 100% authentic cultured freshwater, Edison, and Biwa baroque pearls alongside natural gemstones. Because baroque pearls are organically formed by nature rather than molded by machine, subtle variations in silhouette, orient luster, and surface texture (11mm–18mm) are the hallmark of authenticity and are not considered defects.

2. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

All prices displayed on iBijoux are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD $). Applicable Canadian federal and provincial sales taxes (GST, QST, HST, or PST) are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping destination. Orders shipped to the United States are exported tax-free from Canada.

3. Shipping to Canada & the United States

In-stock creations ship from our Montréal studio within 1–3 business days in our signature velvet keepsake box. We offer complimentary tracked shipping across Canada and the United States on orders of $150 CAD or more ($12 CAD flat rate within Canada and $15 CAD flat rate to the USA on orders under $150 CAD).

4. 30-Day Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in their original condition and signature iBijoux packaging. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings are eligible for return only if their tamper-evident studio seal remains intact. 5. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
